After five years of R&D, we've established a process for manufacturing flat metal aircraft panels that is capable, repeatable and precise to tolerances as small as thousandths of an inch. We do this without laser, plasma or water jet processes that might compromise the panels integrity and still require additional post-processing. These are jet quality panels that are being manufactured for the general aviation community in less time and at less expense than traditional methods.
