Jet Panels is an all new company formed by a group of long-time aircraft pilots, manufacturers and
professionals. We recognized a growing need that wasn't being addressed anywhere else; the need for
made-to-order panels built to precision specifications from quality materials. At that time the process
of upgrading, rearranging or restacking your panel involved paying a technician to cut a panel to the
general dimensions, and then spend hours on filing and trimming the panel to fit the plane and hold the
instruments. This method is labor intensive, costly and often had less-than-desirable results. The
alternative - not upgrading - simply isn't an alternative anymore.
Five years ago, we began to ask the questions that brought us to where we are today. What processes
could we use that that would result in a precision cut panel that required little or no post-processing?
We ruled out laser, plasma and water jet processes - all of which threatened the integrity of the aircraft-grade
alloys used. We then arrived at a process that could deliver a product that was ready to install. What process
is this? We hope you'll appreciate that after five years and hundreds of thousands of dollars of capital
investment, we're going to keep that secret to ourselves. We also hope that when you hold one of our panels
in your hands, you'll appreciate that however we do it, we do it right.
Start by choosing from our comprehensive database of over 1,300 instruments and 375 aircraft panels. You can then choose
from one of our more popular layouts, ask our design team to configure a custom layout for you or soon you will be able to
make your own layout via our interactive online panel layout tool. You will see a custom full color rendering of your
future panel before a technician ever needs to go near your aircraft. Your panel is manufactured and shipped to you
or your avionics shop of choice. Have you already modified your panel? Do you have a prototype that you want made into
a production quality piece? You can either ship us your panel, send us a 1:1 scale tracing or provide detailed measurements.
For pilots and owners, our rapid prototyping and accurate production process means less shop time for your aircraft.
For manufacturers, our highly repeatable process means we can produce large quantities of high quality panels for
new aircraft production or factory refits.
