It's the Best. We Guarantee That.
Our process is superior to all others for producing precision instrument panels for aircraft. We
can say that with confidence because when we show our panels to avionics professionals, they say the
same thing. The problem is that not everyone has had a chance to see one of our panels. So
how do you convince someone to buy something when they can't be sure of the quality until after
they've already paid for it? The answer is our exclusive Alclad Guarantee.
The Alclad Guarantee says that if your panel isn't a perfect fit for your airplane, then
we'll fix it. If you're not convinced that our panel is of the highest quality possible, then
send it back and claim your refund. Nobody else in the entire aviation community is doing that.
We can offer this guarantee because we're
confident in our process. We examined other processes which were used in the rapid prototyping of aircraft
panels. We found that all of them were wasteful, imprecise and still required extensive manual finishing.
Then we found a process that was already extensively used in other industries where
precision and accuracy are critical.
We found a way to apply that process to aircraft panels. The
result is a near total elimination of post processing. Once our panel comes off the production line,
it needs only be prepped for paint or powdercoating.
Eliminating post processing not only saves you money, but it eliminates waste. Our process accounts for
100% of the input material. Anything that doesn't become panel is recovered and recycled. Eliminating waste
further reduces our costs, allowing us to pass the savings on to you the customer. It also prevents waste
from entering the ecosystem; there are no coolants or metal oxide vapors involved in our process. There are no
metal shavings that gets swept up and sent to a landfill. There is only your panel, made to perfection, and
the leftover pieces that get recycled.
The quality of our process isn't just the actual production of the part. The Jet Panels process begins long
before aluminum stock is pulled. It can start with a sketch and instrument list or a predesigned CAD file.
We work with you and your avionics shop to design a panel with a fit and finish you can be proud of. We can
produce a full color rendering for you to approve and a template for your avionics tech to use
in verifying dimensions. Only after you approve of the panel do we actually move it from the design stage to the
production stage. The panel can then be painted or powdercoated to match your aircraft.
This attention to detail and degree of interaction is what ensures your satisfaction. It's the reason why
we can offer our Alclad Guarantee. We know that nobody else can deliver the quality, fit and finish we can.
